The company has its own learning platform, the MAY Academy, which helps employees to develop their skills and explore new areas of work. We have introduced behavioural safety audits aimed at preventing injuries, strengthening our safety culture, motivating people and raising safety awareness, improving our management system, identifying weak points and involving employees at all levels in creating a safe workplace.
An open and accessible Hotline allows us to respond promptly to issues raised by employees, consumers and partners. We are also actively involved in charitable initiatives and, together with local authorities and partners, support veterans, pensioners and large families.
