What we do it

We have designed and introduced a carton with a sealed flap that preserves the quality of the tea and removes the need for foil overwrap. We use only cardboard from FSC certified suppliers in our production.

We have halved the use of plastic adhesive tape across all production lines and continue to work on further reductions. We have also developed and implemented projects that use recyclable packaging components such as corrugated inserts, pads and corner protectors. By applying lean manufacturing methods, we significantly reduce waste, which in turn helps to protect the environment.

We have developed and launched a biodegradable teabag and are working to increase the share of such products in our range.

Why we do it

Protecting the environment is a shared responsibility for all of humanity. Every person and every company can contribute. By reducing resource consumption and waste, and by improving the efficiency of our processes, we help to safeguard the wellbeing of our one shared home.
