The main goal of the partnership is to increase the competitiveness of students of Tsaritsyno College in the labor market using MAY's long–term expertise in the field of tea and coffee.

Tsaritsyno College is a large educational complex in Moscow, which has been awarded the title of a Grant from the Mayor of the capital 12 times for its services in the field of training young specialists. Among the graduates of the college are well–known HoReCa professionals, such as the founder of the Oleg Ilyin Confectionery chain and the chef of the Pushkin restaurant in GUM.

The MAI Company, together with the Tsaritsyno College of Hotel and Restaurant Business, launched a training program for qualified personnel in the hospitality sector.
